In its fifth full year of operation, Best American Title, LLC was initially formed to close on Finlay Properties land acquisitions and condominiums built and sold in Florida. The company consists of three employees under President Charles “Chuck” Robbins, who brings a wealth of real estate experience to the Finlay family of companies, having served as partner in several major law firms specializing in real estate matters and performing multiple roles in bond financing, zoning, land development and planning with several prominent real estate development firms in South Florida. Chuck oversees the day-to-day operation and is instrumental in attracting the client needing legal questions answered on property matters.
The chief draw to Best American Title in a highly competitive real estate marketplace is the customized service offered by its two full time closers, Vice President Operations Billie Alverson and Stephanie Ebers, Escrow Officer. A long time professional in real estate, Billie is a licensed title expert at Best American Title, with a background in property closings and title work, having served as a paralegal for several real estate law firms and working as an accountant at Commerce Title. She continues to garner accolades in the industry and treasures a solid base of 25 mortgage brokers and realtors, who repeatedly refer clients to her.
Stephanie has proven herself to be an extremely capable closer, causing one Prudential agent to exclaim recently that “they knew no closing officer who had come to the closing table as prepared as Stephanie.” She has enjoyed 9 years in real estate, most recently working as marketing assistant in Palencia.
